Dr. Kenneth Thompson has been my dentist for nearly 30 years. He is terrific, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Thompson and staff get five stars from me!
HOWEVER...
Gentle Dental "Corporate" and their draconian billing department get a big fat zero! I received yesterday a "FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT", which the local office says to disregard - which I have in writing. This "FINAL DEMAND" says I have "ten days from the date of this letter" or I'll be sent to collections - which I received seven days after the date of the letter. Sorry - 3 days to resolve an issue that has been dragging on for nearly a year now is ridiculous.
I have extensive documentation of all of my phone calls and follow up to try to resolve this issue, including emails to and from the local office. If Gentle Dental's Corporate office sends me to collections, this is going to get interesting.
