No problems with the price or car or return or return experience, but I'll never use Thrifty again because of the rental process. There were only 4 or 5 people ahead of me, and yet I waited over half an hour. They have 12-15 customer service terminals at this McCarran location, but only 2 people staffing that day. After waiting over 30 minutes I asked a clerk to get some help, but he insisted there was no one. I kept seeing various staff leave and return from a side door. One woman had the gall to smile and chirp, "Someone will be right with you." Since this had already proved NOT to be the case I got pretty testy with her, so they finally got another clerk out there. If they'd done that in the first place I wouldn't be writing this review. Maybe it wasn't even this person's primary job to be staffing the desk, but if they aren't renting cars, then there's not much reason for any of them to have a job, is here?
