  • Went in for a simple tire repair (slow leak) since I bought the tires at Sears. Took them about three hours. I'd hate to see how long they take when it's busy. They were very slow that day. They called me while doing the job and tried to up sale me. They told me I needed new shocks. Since I just had new premium shocks installed just a year ago I knew it was BS. When I questioned them about it they said it was the age of the truck and not because of any valid inspection. They also tried to get me to buy new tires saying the repair wouldn't last since I had so many other patches. These guys are apathetic drones just following corporate instruction and basically give zero F#*Ks about you and your vehicle.
