  • Had a walk in appointment as I really needed a trim. The place didn't seem busy. Walked in and saw hairstylist styling each other's hair. Sat there and watched for a good 10 minuets before the stylist who was getting her hair done decided to help me. Barely spoke (which was fine). After the hair cut was done did not show me the final result until she curled it .. after coming home and washing my hair the next day I realized how "boxy" and uneven the cut was. Was told she was a senior stylist but later looked at her rates and she was the lowest one. Felt pressured to buy their products after the cut as I was just handed the products to pay for. Not sure if I will be returning
