It's a shame just how horrible our postal service has become. It's no wonder they are losing business to Fed Ex and UPS. From management to staff, nobody knows what they are doing. A supervisor, had me waiting 3 weeks to get a key to my mailbox, that he supposedly put an order in for. I come back on the day it was supposed to be there for me to pick up and after waiting 40 minutes in line, I'm told they don't supply those keys where I live so I have to hire a locksmith. I was told said supervisor was supposed to take down my phone number with the order so they could contact when it arrived or if they had questions, which of course he didn't even after I asked him if he needed it for those exact reasons. His answer was, "Oh no, we don't call you, you come back on this date and it should be here". Thanks for wasting my time because you don't know how to do your job.
