  • Great experience from start to finish. I received the promised call on the day of my scheduled service appointment, and well within the promised time range, telling me he was on his way. He checked out my broken microwave and quickly figured out what part needed replacing. He had that very part with him (yay!), and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He was kind, courteous, friendly, and professional. I hope my home warranty company assigns then to me again the next time I need appliance repairs!
