  • Absolutely terrible service. Booked a reservation on their website because it said they allow people 18 years old to rent. I called to confirm my reservation and the representative rudely told me that they only rent to 21 and up, even though the website says otherwise and allowed me to book a reservation. I went in person to speak with them and a different woman told me that you could rent at 18, but then added on that you must provide proof of address via a bill, which isn't mentioned anywhere on their website! I would've been absolutely pissed if I showed up and was unable to rent because I didn't bring a bill. This is a shady and unorganized "business" to say the least.
