  • Came here for a little procedure and I admit, after reading some of these reviews I almost canceled, but I really like my doctor so I went. The place is clean and doesn't have a smell as mentioned in another review, at least not when I went. They are well organized, so there's a minimal wait. But the stars are for the staff! I don't know if this place has recruiters that are just plucking the best of the best of the best or what, but wow! My LPN, Cathy was just fantastic. She came and got me, got me all set up and ready to go. She got my IV going the first time around and I didn't even feel it nor bruise, which is something! Once she was done with me, my wait was only about 10 minutes and two other ladies came and got me and wheeled me away. We met up with my doctor and my anesthesiologist who was friendly and funny (but that describes all anesthesiologists I think). He kept talking to me because I was nervous, and then before I knew it I was going out. When I woke up from what I can only describe as one of those good naps, you know where you wake up with the drool and the feeling of pure euphoria, and I was out the door. Back home within 3 hours. So why only 4 stars you ask? Well, because I was told two different times to be there, and when I called to clarify I was told they weren't given the doctor's schedule. So I just think there could be better communication there.
