  • Received a personal letter in the mail apologizing for the mix up. This meant more than an apology on Yelp. When I didn't call them right away they called to get an appointment scheduled for my son's retainer. I was very frustrated because we stopped by on two separate occasions and they were closed both times. Of course my only day off at the time was Mondays so it was definitely the same day both times. Thanks Robison Orthodontics for going out of your way to make it right!
