The restaurant had a great theme and lots of potential. Unfortunately that alone will not bring me back for a second try. Several hostesses greeted us and sat a party of 5 at a table that was 2ftx2ft for dinner. It was seriously card table size and when I asked to put two tables together I received attitude about each table belonging to a different server. Really? OK the girl is young and clearly doesn't get customer service.
Our drinks, utensils, etc. took forever and only after repeated requests. No big deal. We went to the bar to get our beer. All is forgiven.
After the rest of our drinks arrived we were informed that the kitchen was slammed and they couldn't take our order for at least 5 minutes so they could catch up. Never heard that in a restaurant before, but ok we have beer and our appetizer is ordered. No problem.
The food was delivered. So far so good. I mean it's just burgers and salads, not french cuisine. Between the strobe lights and darkness it was difficult at first to see that the burger was rare at best (ordered med well). After eating just over a fourth you could taste that it was very under cooked. I was grossed out (I will spare you the details) and just sent it back without wanting another or a recook. I'm not a math major, but I did cut the burger into 4 pieces and ate 1 of those pieces. The manager comes to the table, burger in hand, admits it is undercooked and tells me that since it looked like I enjoyed most of it what would I like her to do? Are you kidding me? Very inappropriate thing to say to someone, let alone still charge them full price for something they didn't eat half of.
If the service was just OK and the food and theme were good, maybe we would give it another try. The rudeness of the manager put me over the edge.
