  • I needed to find a Tire shop to handle my tire needs. I called my friend Todd at Lake Pleasant Collision Center on 83rd, another great place to go, and he told me to go to Discount Tire at Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Rd. I met Wally and told him what my needs were. He was excellent and very professional. Went out of his way to get me in right away and take care of my needs. A service man named Joe, was working on my car and his professionalism, communication, knowledge was great and got me out in record time. That's what I call service. Wally and Joe where the beacon of integrity and humanity in an insane world where the business norm seems to be the opposite. In an age where customer service has been forgotten Wally and Joe are the exception and I love it. Their caring for their customers no matter what it is, is top of the line.
