  • Purchased a haircut here through a Groupon for my 16 year old stepdaughter. Her hair was shoulder length, but she prefers it short. We usually go to a friend of mine in Medina, but with the horrific winter we had, not exactly where we want to drive in bad conditions from the west side of Cleveland. Although the salon itself is nice, quaint, and everyone was pleasant, the haircut was AWFUL. Can't remember who cut her hair, although I know it wasn't Tiffany that everyone speaks highly of, but another young girl. There was absolutely NO style whatsoever. It looked like a buzz cut one would get before enlisting. And not an even a clean one at that - a choppy buzz cut. My poor husband wanted to cry when he saw her, he was so upset. She's a real trooper though and shrugged it off knowing it would grow back. If that was ME as a teenager, I would have thrown the biggest fit anyone's ever seen and locked myself in a closet for a month! They sent us additional coupons in the mail to return, but I will never go there again or recommend it. Their stylists are not experienced enough, and I can't trust them for a good cut.
