rev:text	I would have rated this hotel 5 starts because we really enjoyed our time here, it was very clean, and the staff was really nice. We came into town for work and had very very long days for 6 days and at the end of the day it's nice to not be in a casino and be able to walk 2 minutes into our room and not deal with loud people, parking and smoke. All very friendly staff with the exception of the front desk girl this morning. The they have HUGE jet bath tub/jacuzzis in each room, and we upgraded to get a washer and dryer. The bath tub itself sold me and was used every night for our week stay; there's also a spa that sells bath bombs and bath bubbles, so I was sold and spend over $100 there. We did order a movie 2 nights before we left for $20 and we ended up falling asleep. The next morning we spoke to someone at the front desk who told us she'd comp the movie and we can reorder it, which is what we did the next night. When we went to checkout, they still charged us for both, and even though the front desk saw the notes put into our account, she said she still couldn't refund the $20 in which we were already told would be taken off and wasn't. We wouldn't have ordered it a second time if we knew we'd be changed $40 for a so-so movie. She made us upset by being rude and insinuating that because the movie played all the way through we were lying about falling asleep and that's why we were charged twice. Clearly if we fell asleep during a movie, we didn't plan accordingly and turn the tv off first. I would have booked a room here every time I came into town for business, but now I have a sour taste and won't go back.
