| - Started working out at this gym in 2013 and left in 2015. I feel compelled to write this after my horrendous stint at Lifetime fitness in Summerlin. These gyms are both money-driven places with no ambition to cater to the current member base. The only reason it has two stars? Not as crowded due to lack of popularity which results in availability to use machines. In 2015, towards the end of our time here, we had an incident with a staff member on the weight floor who was constantly following my wife. She felt very uncomfortable and had asked me to speak with that trainer, Thyre. As I asked him politely to stop making my wife feel uncomfortable by following her and staring, he said he just wanted to become her trainer. During the conversation, he kept talking about how he can help and tried to sway us to purchase training. A little irritated, I asked to speak with his manager. He said the manager was not there and that he was the manager on duty. The next day, I spoke with another lady who said Thyre was not a manager and I felt compelled to write an email to the corporate office. To no avail, they did not respond. Long story short, we cancelled our membership and moved to Lifetime which turned out to be just as bad of a move. I recommend the average family to join LVAC as the company hires and trains good staff that respect boundaries and cater to you. Furthermore, LVAC has a better kids care in which my kids have things to do unlike at 24, where staff just sits around and doesnt participate in watching the kids. Join LVAC for a better experience.
