The reason that I'm not giving 5 stars is that the food quality is somewhat uneven. I went here for dinner and it was fantastic: all of the flavors were so expertly matched, everything converged into a really gorgeous scallop dish, and a delicious umami-infused lamb tagliatelle. But on another occasion, I had lunch here, and although the service was equally excellent, the food was not as good - the ingredients did not seem as fresh, the flavor combinations were less inventive. So I would recommend dining here - but be aware that it is quite expensive. Still, ambiance + food + service = a great experience, especially if you are in the mood for something on the fancy side.
