  • I called Luis when our A/C stopped working on a Saturday when it was 110 deg outside. Despite being insanely busy in Las Vegas in summer, he told us he would come by on Monday between 9-11 a.m. He came right on time and even texted and called 45 min ahead to make sure we'd be there. After looking at our unit and circuit breaker (after having to cut the lock off because I couldn't find the key), he figured out the problem in about 10 min and was able to fix it right there on the spot (loose connection was shorting the circuit breaker??). He didn't even charge us the $75 for the visit!! Talk about efficiency and integrity. But, if anything should happen with our AC again, we know who to call!! Thanks, Luis!!
