  • Here's another chain that I haven't been to in years and, coincidently, we came for another birthday. We had the prime rib roast beef, rib steak and salmon. The prime rib (14 oz) was good but somewhat on the 'lean' side (ie 'dry'). Unfortunately they only had med-rare. Imo this cut should only be served rare. Otoh the rib steak was perfectly done with a nice sear on the outside and, at 20 oz, HUGE! The pistachio crusted salmon was also nicely portioned and tasty. Decor is 'comfortable', establishment clean, service excellent. Overall pricey but pretty good for a chain.
