  • I've been a customer of Gina Brown's since the late 70's. Their yarns are exceptional, however, I've become more and more disappointed over the years with their customer service. Each time I go into the store I'm seeing and hearing more and more of a nickel/dime, money is everything, attitude. Friendliness and true caring about customers and their projects is almost a thing of the past. Hate to leave those beautiful yarns behind but it's time for me to move on and find a new store. No more Gina Brown's for me.
