| - I've used this Fabulous Freddy's location the entire time I've lived in Centennial Hills, and it has done a good job of not only serving my convenience shopping needs, but keeping the inside and outside of my car clean. There have been momentary lapses of service in the car washes here, however. The car wash attendants always ask if any part of my interior needs special attention. I can think of at least two times where I have asked for a cup holder to be cleaned, only to find it barely touched, if at all. The gas station attendants are always very friendly and professional. On the very rare occasions that I let them pump my gas for me, they perform the service well.
On October 14, 2014 at about 9 or 10 in the morning, something very odd happened. I was standing in line at the cashier with my girlfriend to buy something as we waited for the car to be cleaned. A male individual (one of the the "Fabulous" workers) opened a soda behind the counter, which apparently had been shaken up beforehand, because as it opened, it sprayed into the air and onto both my girlfriend and I. After we realized what had just happened, we both commented to the female cashier, who scolded him on the spot for not opening the can in the sink. What annoys me is that the guy not only doesn't even acknowledge us or attempt to apologize to us and anyone else he may have sprayed with the soda, but he walks away with a smirk on his face like a 10 year old child who just got away with something.
A singularly irritating experience that sums up my time with Fabulous Freddy's.
