  • Stayed four nights here. Price was fair however, no hot water in shower the whole stay. Called desk each day and told them no hot water. Was told it would be taken care of. Never was. It's a real bummer to not have hot shower for 4 nights. Hotel offered no compensation despite customer satisfaction guarantee to fix what's wrong. Very disappointed.
