  • So I've contacted 4 companies (including this one) looking for a solution for our home business phone service. We can't call forward at all which we REALLY need for when we are out of town, etc. Anyway, I called this company and David (who has stellar reviews here) informed me that he wouldn't be able to help us due to being in a residential space...which is understandable. But the thing is...he proceeded to help me decide which provider is best for my situation and helped me to figure out how to forward my current calls (ATT turns out never set this up so it's impossible...but David helped me understand this). In the end, I decided who we will do business with and David helped me come to this right conclusion. And, he did this knowing he wasn't gaining my business at all. This is a great guy, great company...and I will recommend him to my future clients who would need his services. In a heartbeat. This is what is called EXCELLENT customer service. David is this business and this business is the real deal. Thanks again for your time David.
