  • I've gone to several Great Clips locations, and have had great experiences-- this was not one of them. I went in today asking for a half inch trim-- the first thing my stylist does is try to get me to buy some product. I respectfully listen, but she spends more time talking about the product, rather than focusing on my hair. I had to point out that she left half of my hair untrimmed and longer than the rest. She didn't even check my part, did a half-assed job, and continued to talk about buying the product. Some advice-- please don't spend the whole appointment trying to get customers to buy product while paying little to no attention to the actual haircut. I will never be returning to this location again.
