  • Scheduled an appointment for car appraisal at 1200. Received a call from Andrea at 1135 to confirm the appointment, at the same time I advised her that I am on my way and will be there in 10 minutes. I also mentioned that I just need an appraisal and most likely won't sell the car today. Arrived at carmax at 1145 just to be told by the front desk that Andrea is not able to see me and I can be put on the waiting list. Wasted time with carmax, sold my car on Craigslist for more than they are selling the same model on their lot. If u are looking to sell your car just do it on Craigslist and you won't waste time.
