  • Mothership, which owns Sunrise Cafe, is my go to place as a coffee snob. This is absolutely, hands down, the best coffee in Vegas. Roasted to perfection this is a coffee snobs dream come true. The focus here is on the art and sophistication of the coffee bean. You won't find syrups or mocha chocha bullshits here. You'll just find the best cup of coffee in town. Their pastries here are also fantastic and out of the ordinary. I recommend their cinnamon rolls and scones. Wash it down with either a latte or cold pressed coffee.
