  • Will NOT be back! The girl who came to help us would not speak up so we had to ask multiple times what she was saying. Didn't seem like she was happy we interrupted her other task. Got a mini and normal size cinnamon roll and sat down. The mini was fine however, my normal size roll was not cooked at all with the exception of the outer piece. All uncooked dough! So I threw it away and left. As we were walking out my girl pints to my rear end and says there is stuff all over it. We look closer and it is the cinnamon filling. The chairs had obviously not been wiped down in a while. I don't expect high levels of service from Cinnabon but wow the one thing you sell should be done right, and it doesn't hurt to clean the area in which your customers sit and eat. Will not come back to this location.
