  • Copper Penny is a true gem amidst the Independence/seven hills region. I think they only have two domestic beers on draft very reasonably priced but they do have a variety of beer bottles. Eat beforehand, they only have small snacks you can purchase. This makes a great date place. There's two dart boards right at the entrance, coin operated pool table in the back (not regulation size and some the pool sticks could be replaced) and an electric bowling game that you would think came from 1955. You can sign up for darts and bowling tournaments also! So the beer is common and some of these games may sound like what you would usually see at a dive bar, I still think this place deserves 4 stars because of the people there. No matter if you're rich or poor, everyone has a great time.
