  • This company in general (not just this location) does NOT abide by it's warranty! I had 3 attempts by them to service my windshield. First they put in the wrong size window... Big gaps! Second, they put in the right size window but shoved it up so far it wasn't touching the bottom seal (perhaps it was the same glass and they lied about replacing it with correct size). Third, they installed glass correctly but f'd up my seals... damaged the snaps so it wouldn't seal around glass and completely removed and did not replace the seal on the bottom! I made MANY angry calls and got no response from my letter to the corporate office... they simply don't give a *bleep*!!! I was forced to go with a competator's company and they did a great job first attempt. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I should sue them... Anyone want to join a lawsuit?
