  • From all the vip first row ticket experiences, yesterday was yet the worst experience I've encountered. Concert was great, food was good also, however when it came down to the security it was a total, unorganized, disrespectful, and a total fail. To be specific the security number # 9883, she was very rude, treating people like animals, yelling, and showed no customer service . I tend to bring friends and family for vip experiences, but I will now hesitate before choosing to come back again.
