rev:text	I booked a sitter using their online booking form. The booking was fairly far in advance. I never received any sort of confirmation so the week of the reservation I called to confirm and after some searching my reservation was eventually found. I'm not sure if a sitter would have shown up if I hadn't called to verify my reservation. My mistake might have been reserving to far in advance. I had show tickets for a holiday weekend and wanted to make sure I had a sitter. There seemed to be a bit of a language barrier when I called that didn't help the confusion. I had some questions since this was my first time using their service and they weren't really answered. I have used one of their competitors and everything was explained in detail. I was hoping for that here but didn't get it. One of my main questions was regarding booking time. The other service I used you only give a start time. I liked that. Here you give a start and end time. We were seeing a comedy show and weren't sure what time it would end. I didn't know if I was stuck to my end time, meaning if I come back early will I still be charged for what I was booked (beyond the 4 hour minimum) or if the show ends later is it going to be a problem. I never got an answer so I ended up just booking extra time and staying out a little later. Once the sitter came everything was fine. She did a great job, made us feel comfortable and the kids liked her. That is all that matters to me. I would use Love & Care again. Pricing is $19.50 per hour for up to 4 children. This is slightly lower than the other sitter service I used and that service has a 3 child maximum.
