rev:text	The front office lady with long hair and a lip piercing is extremely rude and when it was brought to attention she came out defensive and yelled back how I gave her a few different cards because I wasn't sure which one she needed. She was asked numerous questions and I was ignored and she was rude to my mom. If she was not there than the facility would be a better experience because the doctor and assistants were very nice.
