If you want customer service plan to be on hold for greater than 25 min especially if you are requesting to speak with a supervisor about an issue. I called to inform the company about an issue and gave the taxi number never. I was I told that it was the wrong cab company until I filed a complaint on yelp for being out on hold over 25 min and no one picked up the phone. I was contacted by an employee of company through yelp after I filed the complaint.
Which if they would have serviced and answered the phone it could have been addressed then. I will give them respect for reaching out after the complain on yelp but would have been nice to speak with someone that night instead of blowed off for a concern.
