I've visited this restaurant many times and I've never had a bad experience. The Pho dac Biet and Hu Tieu Mi are really good and you're even given the opportunity to add extra meat (you can't beat that). The fresh spring rolls are some of the best that I've had in Charlotte, the rolls contain both pork and shrimp.
As for value, you can't beat a medium sized bowl of Pho, spring rolls and a beverage for around $15. For those that aren't very comfortable with the soups, they also offer a variety of other dishes. The chicken, beef or pork with broken rice dishes are very good.
Service is very attentive and friendly, I can't remember a single instance where my water or beverage has ever ran low. The waiters are also very patient and willing to answer any questions that you have about the dishes or how to pronounce anything.
