The finanace manager Tim - bald guy - (Autonation - you should FIRE this guy for using dishonest sales tactics)- - does not like to be told no. He called my wife and left a voicemail that said the bank won't approve the higher interest rate so we need you to come sign the lower interest rate loan. We got there and he tried selling us a service warranty, saying that it will "be the same payment" but adding on an extra 6 months to our loan. Classic Bait & Switch. We said no, and there was no mention of our loan paperwork that we were supposedly there to sign. Our passenger window fell through. The day after we bought the car we tried calling the service department, they didn't have any openings. We called back today and they said we can bring it in Friday and they'd keep it over the weekend. They also said we'd need to "Get it in writing" that they would fix it for free, but they already told us on the phone that they would...
