I am appalled by the lack of customer service that was displayed this trip. I actually saw a gate agent argue with a customer because the customer went to the right counter instead of the left one. He actually yelled at him and pulled him out of line. I went to the counter and was told were closed, come back at quarter till. Or only did he. It greet me, he didn't even look up. In the second leg of my flight I asked if there were any first class seats open and her response was, "Well, I wouldn't know, I just got here, give me a minute". Now, keep in mind, she was there when I walked up so I had no idea how long she had been there. I am very disappointed with the service and will not be flying this airline any time soon.
