  • The phone sales guys are great. They explain the pricing structure, and estimate the size of the crew needed. In our case a four person team was selected, and we booked the date. We got a confirmation call a few days prior to the move, and again just 24 hours before they were supposed to show up. On the morning of the move we received a call letting us know that one of the four members of our moving team was sick, so we ended up with a 3-man team instead at a discounted rate. The team was on time and had nice equipment and all the necessary accessories to move with. For the most part all the guys work hard and fast. In our case one of the members was not fully pulling his weight and he was quickly replaced by the foreman. There was a little drama there but it was dealt with quickly and without further hassle. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The unloading was smooth and as quick as we could expect for a 5 bedroom house full of stuff to be moved in & set up.
