  • Mr. Rooter and Mr. Wesley King, our technician was truly as good as it gets. We called Mr. Rooter to help out with my elderly Mom's home in Sun City West when my husband and I tried for two days to unclog a bathroom toilet. We did everything we could think of, even replaced the toilet. Called Mr. Rooter and Wesley was sent out almost immediately. Wesley got to work upon arrival, doing all the necessary checks and then used the auger on the pipes into the home. What he pulled out of the drain pipes was almost too much for us to bear. Oh my! This thing was something out the Creature of the Black Lagoon movie. We couldn't help but to laugh at ourselves and Wesley was right there with us. He kept us engaged and involved and was utterly thorough in his assessment of the situation. He scheduled a technician to come out and scope the pipes to further ensure there was not additional "creatures" in our pipes. I swear this thing was at least 5 feet long and who knows what sort of material it was made of but we gladly let him take it with him. Wesley cleaned up all debris from the site, hosed off the area, and insured we understood everything. We too give Mr. Rooter and Wesley King A+ and a thank you so much!!! Wesley, we actually enjoyed your visit and didn't mind paying the price for clean pipes.
