After straining my back and hips house cleaning, I was in such pain and I found Backfit online. I used the chat function on their website and chatted with a young man. I also called the phone number that was listed on the website they gave me a voice prompt to select 1 if I was a new patient. Then the phone rang continuously so I hung up when the young man came back on chat. I told him that I called the # for the Indian School location and that the phone kept ringing and no one picked up. The man on chat gave me a different # to call. I gave the young man my phone number so someone would call me. I left work early because I was in such pain. The young man I had spoken with on chat had left me a message so I called his number. Get this... The office is closed for two hours for lunch! So I finally got a call back around 4 o'clock. I explained that I was in extreme pain and I needed to see someone. The girl told me that I would come in and I would get a consultation and they have to do x-rays and an examination. After that point, and another visit and I'm sure $$ they would see me.
They called me again today to see if I was going to come in. I said no I found someone else!
By the way, The other chiropractor I found took me in within an hour, gave me a thorough physical examination that took well over half-hour and explained the issue. I'm already feeling better. I
I can't help but feel Backfit creates services that may not be needed just to make extra money. I certainly would never go to this office just from the telephone experience I had!
