I went to check out the parlor and talk to one of the artists about getting a certain type of tattoo. The artist was busy...which is understandable, and the person at the reception counter said to do an "email" consultation. However, the only consultation I got was from the receptionist. She vetted the design and said the artist I wanted probably wouldn't do the best job. Wouldn't the artist be the one to say they could or couldn't do it? After 3 emails back and forth, it was obvious I was never going to get to talk to the artist. I declined any further communication and then went to another parlor and was able to talk to the artist straight away. Not very good customer relations in my opinion.
