  • Horrible customer service. They are more concern about closing hours than providing service to people. I was inside waiting in line and finally got up to the service desk only to be told that they close in one hour and I would not be able to get my ID card. I can back the next day (Saturday) at 8:00 a.m. there was a long line outside the door. When I finally got to the door at 10:00 a.m.I was told they were not letting in anymore people because they close at 12:00 noon. They are very slow in processing transactions and not very friendly.
