  • If you look like someone who may be completely clueless about auto service or car technicalities, this place will take advantage of you. They have done so once and twice to add additional services onto my bill (always ranging $100-500 more than what I came in for). My dad was telling me that I could get better service quality and price at a different /specific location that I won't mention here (but I have reviewed). I didn't really take him seriously however I came in today for an oil change and it was the same hustle. The worker told me I needed a fuel injection and a headlight change. I know I needed a headlight change and I didn't ask you to change it. Also what the hell is a fuel injection? And why is it going to cost me 100 at promotion price? Not only that, but he insisted I get it now. The offer was tempting as a consumer who wants to maintain the quality of my car. I rejected because in the back of my head was my father saying bull shit. So I called the other place that my dad recommended and of course he was right. I feel relieved that ended up saving $$ by not getting the recommended services from Firestone, but I'm also pretty disappointed because I still really like the service from you guys. I won't completely withdraw from coming here, as I can always choose to deny the recommendations anyhow. I will say however that the first time coming here I would have ranked this 5 stars because of the exceptional quality and service.
