| - Edited review to respond to lying owner in attempt to ripoff future clients. No one should ever pay you for an install to screw in hinges and place on the frames, you really ripoff people if you actually recommend for you to screw in a door. Probably the only way you make a living. If it was measured correctly it wouldn't be an issue. What's your response to the astragal on the wrong side and the latch not even drilled? And having THE EXACT door to COPY? Telling him that this is f*****g mediocrity. Those are big boy words and if you can't handle them then don't call a customer a liar and FIX the issue. Attached is a picture proving his response a lie, asking for my address which I would never give to a liar. Also attached are pictures of his failure to fix the issue.
Would NEVER recommend this thief. Nothing precision about this man. He doesn't care at all, apparently I was just a 300 dollar customer. I don't leave bad reviews but this man deserves every word. Also the reviews he has are prob his family and friends. DO NOT TRUST! Door didn't fit after I spent hours painting the door trusting his reviews. Most annoying was that the astragal for a double door was on the wrong side like an amateur, so even if the measurement was correct the door was facing the wrong way. Also didn't have a cut for the latch of the other door to connect. Total lack of attention to detail. He even had the other door to copy!
I call to communicate my frustration that he didn't measure correctly, Jason argued it was my fault and that I should have had it installed by him which would make no difference since he measured the door and would have the same issue as I did. He offered to fix it by cutting into the door to put the hinge in the correct place and switching the astragal to the other side drilling a door latch and painting it. Because I don't have time to fight, I agreed like an idiot. I came to pick up the door and my previous paint job had been ruined and he only painted the astragal. He specifically said in text that he would paint the door, yet he only painted the part he ripped off and flipped around. Over a half gallon of my paint was used to paint a 6ft by 1 inch strip to, I wonder where it all went. COMPLETE mediocrity.
I went to reinstall the door and it still does not measure correctly and the lock mechanism doesn't even fit in the hole to keep door shut I had to re drill. Complete junk work.
Prior to receiving the door the experience was trash, he made me measure the door and send pictures to his cell phone with no response for three days, then he makes me bring the door in to the office which completely wasted my time to send him all the information. I had to call and follow up three times to get pricing on the door. He even asked for my credit card without a quote! When walking into the very small office no one greets you or shows any respect. He said he didn't care about the 1 star I was gonna leave him, so here you go Jason. I hope this helps steer potential customers away from you. This little boy deserves to stay in the hole that he operated out of. Good luck punk your lucky the law protects you from the way real men handle dishonesty and defamation.
