  • Be careful with this company IF you are a pretty decent handyman/woman, in any emergency repair like a big gushing water leaks or similar problem, you have to call them first so they can call their contract contractors to look at the problem, so if it is after hours and you try calling them, your whole house will be flooded and water log by the time somebody comes and try to resolved your problem. can you imagine calling them first???? and if you get a call center somewhere in another part of the world you better have your canoe or lifejacket I guarantee you a swimming hole by the time you get everything taken care off. If you are a handyperson and try to fix the emergency and file for a claim later, even with all the pictures, receipts and etc THEY will deny it. If your realtor recommends this company I would think twice about signing up for this company.
