Went in looking for small sofa tables and entry way tables - we're building a new home- the selection was wonderful. Got a lot of great ideas and could see myself coming back again and again. Cute throws too.
I only had a $20 purchase but the lady at checkout lost her marbles when I wouldn't sign up for her email club or whatever it's called. Like was hostile. She argued with me about the $10 I could save if I signed up. I told her no repeatedly and then she lectured me all kinds of garbage. I was about to wrap up the sale while steaming inside, but then my coupon wouldn't work on the item and then the item that was in a sale section all of a sudden wasn't "included". I'm standing there haggling with the woman for like $3. Lol I don't have time for this!!
I understand that there are probably growing pains going on at this location, but they really need to get it together. Learn proper social etiquette and learn how to treat a customer. I don't care about the $3, I went in looking to spend $300+.. but the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth and I left empty handed. I do not see myself going back.
Although that sofa table was super cute......
