| - I came when this place first opened and had a great experience. I wasn't able to do a yelp review then. But today, I came because my husband and I were waiting for his turn to get a hair cut. What a better way to wait than with some boba and ice cream. We took my little cousin as well. She ordered a gimme s'mores and enjoyed it. My husband got two scoops of their chocolate brownie ice cream. I wanted to order the Nitro Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and get my aunt the purple cow blended with egg pudding and boba. They said their boba was not going to be ready 30-45 minutes. While waiting for the two ice cream orders, it was a good 30 minutes. There were two larger parties ahead of us so we didn't mind waiting. Plus it was perfect timing to wait for the boba since I decided to hold off on ordering. Besides, who doesn't love fresh boba. We ended up being there for almost an hour. My uncle came in and ordered a Nitro Vietnamese coffee and I thought okay, let me ask if the boba is ready. They said maybe 20 more minutes. The hair salon was next door so I figured I could come back for the two drinks while he's getting his hair cut. I came back about 35 minutes later and they told me again, the boba was not ready, another 15-20 minutes. I was really looking forward to getting the Nitro Jasmine Milk Tea and the Purple Cow with boba... I don't like getting their rolled ice cream because the last time I got it... it was warm... as weird as it sounds. So it wasn't enjoyable. We come here from California and brought all our family from Las Vegas to this place... Haven't had the best experience since our first time here.
Also, there was a family in there that got chocolate brownie ice cream and the son was allergic to nuts. The mother asked one of the workers, she looked like the owner, if there were nuts in the ice cream and she said no there is just chocolate and brownies. My husband, another mother and the sister of the boy all confirmed that there were nuts and showed the lady. Thankfully the boy was okay. They should all clearly know what's in their products to avoid situations like this.
Btw, they're constantly out of the edible cookie dough. Probably would be a good idea to call this place and ask if they have any before coming in if that's what you are thinking about coming here for.
