  • Two days before Xmas, washing machine started making a grinding noise and the agitator wasn't moving, so while standing there, I Googled the "best rated appliance repair in cleveland" and Anytime Appliance repair seemed to be the best rated, so I immediately called. They took my call why they were on a service call, apologized for having to get back to me in a few minutes, which they did. They assessed what happened on the phone, got the model number (and knew what the manufacturer and details were), and again said they'd call me right back. 20 Minutes later they called and said they'd be over the next morning at 10AM to repair it, if that was ok. They called while on their way, were right on time, took about 45 minutes to politely and professionally do the repair. Cost me $130...these people were awesome.
