  • Black and Cherry manages 3 of my properties in Las Vegas. From handling tenant repair requests to re-renting the vacant properties, my experience with Black and Cherry has just been superb. B&C sends me monthly owner statements via email so I can see exactly what's going on with the properties, and I get ACH payments into my bank account on or before the 10th of the month for the rents collected. Originally B&C called me when a tenant had a repair request, and I've since asked them to just use their judgement for any repairs under $200. This has made it really hands off as far as managing the rentals and has afforded me more time and less stress. Whenever I need something I know I can call or email Anna or Susan and they will take care of it. I would definitely recommend Black and Cherry.
