  • I can't say enough about this shop. After sitting at Walmart from 6:30am only to get shafted, when I called Community Tire I was really hoping they'd be able to help. I told Tami what I needed, and what my budget was, and she came through like a champ! Once I got there, I mentioned that I was having issues with tire pressure on one of my rear tires, and asked if they could check it out while replacing my two front tires. Not only did they check it out, but they pulled the bolt from that tire, a nail out of my other rear tire, and took care of the hole at no extra cost. The customer service here is top notch, that's for damn sure! The manager (I didn't get his name) came out once they got my car in the back and offered me WAY better tires, for the same price, because they were last year's model, and they needed to clear out the inventory. They also noted that whoever did my oil change before grossly overfilled my oil, so they drained it to where it was supposed to be, all at no extra cost. They have a great waiting area, with a charging station with every type of phone charger you can imagine. I was able to plug my phone in, and work comfortably on my laptop while I waited. They had complimentary coffee and water, and a tv that wasn't obnoxiously loud. I got out of there spending less than I would have at Walmart (considerably less), and with a far better experience than I've had at most auto repair places. Between the excellent customer service, their attention to detail, and their willingness to really go above and beyond, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, for anything car related. You guys rock!
