  • Called ahead because it was New Years Day .. Told to come in .. place is pitch black .. massage is suppose to be 1 hour of relaxation .. The two therapists my daughter & I had ( which I believe are the owners Lucy & husband) started at 4:14 .. people kept coming in so they kept jumping up to help them , then instead of turning away business they tried massaging us 1 hand on your leg the other on their iPhone dialing profusely .. I thought maybe they were getting robbed & were calling the police as it took a good 10-15 min of dialing , I asked them if we were ok.. they said yes they were looking for help to come in.. Hello ?? How about putting down the phones & helping the customers your suppose to be massaging Girl waiting in lobby is laughing & talking really loud ( of course they don't say anything to tell her to be quiet ) when I tell them this is ridiculous all this up & down they start arguing with each other back & forth back & forth in their language My 1 hour massage ended at 5:06... they say your done ... and they were right !! No TIP & Never again !! Healthy Life Foot Spa in Durango is 100% better .. Save your money & your time & go there!!
