  • Food five star, service 3 star hence the 4 stars. Everything we had, (enjoyed Restaurant Week Menu) including the brick chicken, pizza with mozz-and red sauce, tortilla soup, and a salted caramel sugar cookie dessert was so tasty and flavorful. Service did drop the ball. We were seated and were approached by a waiter who introduced himself and said he would be back shortly. 7 minutes later another server came over and without any explanation took over. She was wonderful throughout and was very helpful. The runners is where the service gaffs occurred. We did not get new silverware between courses and the worst gaff came when the runner delivered the desserts during the MIDDLE of our enjoying our main course. He didn't offer to clear, just dropped the dishes and again no silverware was replenished. The waitress saw it after the fact and apologized but didn't take the desserts back, just left them there. We Definitely felt rushed. The restaurant wasn't full.
