Unfortunately, I am unable to give a review of the actual services because Ashley for the appointment. I had a previous appointment approximately two weeks ago, in which I had to reschedule due to a time conflict. I rescheduled for 2/25/15 and I went to the incorrect address (the address on their website had the old address on Thomas), which ultimately was my fault for not referring to the address on the Groupon I purchased. Which in turn turned out to be ok because when I called Ashley to verify the location, she stated she tried to reach me to reschedule (she wasn't able to reach me because the # she had for me was off by a digit) due to a personal matter. She apologized and rescheduled me for later in the day. I arrived at my appointment a little early and she never showed up. There was another business owner who was very nice and apologetic at the location, who called Ashley for me and she said that Ashley said she was "on her way and driving in traffic". That was the last update I had. I finally left an hour later and requested a refund on my Groupon. To date, she has not called me in regards to the matter. I am not upset, but definitely disappointed and hope everything is ok with her.
